Because each piece I create is custom-made and handcrafted, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been started.

However, your satisfaction is very important to me! If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on my part, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the piece as needed.

Please note:

• Custom orders cannot be returned due to change of mind.

• Buyers are responsible for providing accurate design details before production begins.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged in transit.

• Processing Time: Each piece is made to order. Please allow 2 weeks for creation before shipping.

• Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS with tracking.

• Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.

• International Shipping: Available to select countries; delivery times vary. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

• Packaging: All artwork is carefully packed to ensure it arrives safely.

• Delays: I am not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in transit.
