Because each piece I create is handmade and often custom-designed, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered for changes of mind or incorrect details provided by the buyer.
However, I want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to my error, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, I may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for slight variations in color, texture, or design, as these are natural characteristics of handmade artwork.

I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by shipping carriers once the item has been dispatched.
